日本東洋工程株式會社（Toyo Engineering Corporation）成立于1961年，是在石油化工、精細化工、能源、醫藥、環境保護等領域領的國際工程公司。
1972年，東洋工程作為一套30萬噸乙烯和5萬噸丁二烯裝置工程的承包商，成為首先進入中國市場的國際工程公司。
2004年9月，東洋工程（上海）有限公司成立，是日本東洋工程株式會社投資設立的外商獨資企業，擁有中國政府頒發的工程設計及施工資質，在中國已累積250多項目業績和經驗。
