職位介紹: The AcceleratiON Programme is the BMW Group’s international graduate programme offering the opportunity to jumpstart the career of talented graduates and young professionals. Through completing four different assignments, participants work in various parts of the BMW Group including BMW headquarters in Munich and another international BMW market. During their assignments, participants gain insights into business processes, strategy, culture, and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective. Establishing an excellent international network while working on strategic and operational projects in three different countries, the programme provides a solid basis for a successful international career at the BMW Group. Major Responsibilities ● 6 months / China, Shanghai , home country and home department Scope: Product engineering of ADAS customer functions Target/Task: ● Creation and maintenance of requirements and specifications of certain specific ADAS customer function. ● Coordination and participation of the ADAS customer function development. ● Testing and validation of the ADAS customer function. ● 3 months / Germany, Munich, placement in BMW Head Quarter (AG): Scope: Function Safety and Operational Safety of ADAS Target/Task: ● Creation and review of safety concept of certain ADAS system. ● Implementation of safety analysis for the defined ADAS system. ● 6 months / China, Beijing, project in home country (2nd major field) Scope: ADAS Product Management and Market Investigation Target/Task: ● Assessment of market needs and competitor products on ADAS. ● Creation and maintenance of BMW product strategy and profile on ADAS. ● 3 months / 3rd country or Germany, Munich Other projects and tasks assigned by line manager, e.g. supplier visit, technical seminar, patent/innovation initiative workshop, etc. Qualifications ● Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred in Electrical Engineering or Automotive Engineering related, e.g. Information Automation, Control Engineering and Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, etc. ● Fluent English is a must and Fluent German is a huge plus. ● Business-fluent language skills in the local language. ● Initiative, personal accountability, willingness to change, team spirit, and self-reflection. ● Readiness for an international career. ● Strong experience in AD/ADAS domain and strong will to take this direction as career. ● Strong organizational and project leadership skills. ● Highly self-motivated and structured problem-solving abilities are essential attributes as is the ability to priorities high levels of workload. ● Confident and competent presentation and communication skills. ● At least 6 months of relevant work experience (e.g. internships, training, initial professional experience) up to a maximum of 2-3 years’ professional working experience. ● At least 4 months of relevant experience abroad (e.g. studies, practical experience, work & travel) should be demonstrated on CV. ● Extracurricular involvement (e.g. initial leadership experience in a university, community, or work setting, engagement in a student project, political or charity organization).
