職位介紹: About the Role: ?Business Understanding:?Possess a deep understanding of both online and offline consumer business scenarios and logic, with hands-on experience in omnichannel shopping environments. Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions. ?Architectural Mindset:?Demonstrate strong system architecture design capabilities, familiarity with common software architecture patterns, and the ability to lead technology selection, system design, and evolution planning. Ensure systems are highly available, scalable, and secure. ?Project Management:?Proficient in advanced project management principles and methodologies, with experience across Agile, Waterfall, and other development lifecycles. Capable of managing the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning and execution to delivery. Key Responsibilities: ?Ensure the stability, performance, and continuous optimization of existing business software systems. ?Lead system architecture design and technology evolution to support rapid business iteration and scaling. ?Establish and improve local software management practices, including development standards, deployment processes, monitoring, and operational procedures. ?Align technology planning with business strategy to drive innovation and efficiency through technology. ?Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, resource planning, timeline tracking, risk management, and quality assurance. ?Provide technical leadership to the team through guidance, code reviews, and ensuring consistency and quality in technical implementation. ?Drive the execution of technical solutions to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Requirements: ?Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred. ?Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in roles combining system architecture and project management responsibilities. Experience in an international setting is a plus. ?Solid background in software architecture design and development, with familiarity in modern architectures such as microservices, cloud computing, and containerization. ?Proven experience in project management, capable of independently planning and delivering medium to large-scale complex projects. ?Strong business acumen with the ability to understand cross-channel consumer journeys and support business model innovation. ?Experience leading technical teams with demonstrated leadership and communication skills. ?Clear thinker with strong problem-solving ability, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach. ?Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
