    Job Responsibilities Strategic Alignment & Business Support ? Serve as a strategic partner to the PMO, actively participating in project management meetings to understand HR needs and challenges throughout the project lifecycle ? Develop and execute annual/quarterly HR plans based on company business strategy and PMO project roadmaps, ensuring HR alignment with business growth ? Establish regular communication mechanisms with PMO to stay informed of project progress, resource constraints, and workforce dynamics Talent Acquisition & Deployment ? Develop and drive recruitment plans based on project demands, with focus on hiring D365, ERP, CRM consultants and project management roles ? Collaborate with recruitment teams to optimize hiring processes and improve efficiency and quality for critical positions ? Lead internal talent reviews, build talent maps and succession plans, and optimize workforce allocation across project teams Talent Development & Training ? Identify capability gaps within project teams and technical staff, design and implement targeted development programs (technical skills, project management, client communication, etc.) ? Establish internal mentorship programs and knowledge management systems to facilitate experience sharing and team capability enhancement ? Support employees in developing Individual Development Plans (IDP) and create dual career paths for technical and managerial advancement Performance Management & Incentives ? Partner with PMO to establish performance management systems for project-based organizations, designing appropriate KPIs (project delivery quality, client satisfaction, team collaboration, etc.) ? Drive performance feedback and improvement plan implementation, helping managers enhance team leadership capabilities ? Design and optimize incentive programs (including performance bonuses, commission structures, promotion systems, etc.) to boost team motivation and retention Organization Development & Culture Building ? Monitor and analyze HR metrics (turnover rate, productivity, project labor costs, etc.) to provide data-driven insights for management decisions ? Drive organizational structure optimization and workforce planning to support company transformation and growth ? Manage employee relations, handle labor disputes, and foster a positive organizational culture ________________________________________ Qualifications Essential Requirements Education & Experience ? Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields preferred ? 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as HRBP or business-facing HR roles ? Prior experience in software/IT/technology industry, project-based organizations, or consulting firms preferred ? Experience in recruiting, developing technical talent, or managing project teams preferred Core Competencies ? English Proficiency: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); able to use English as working language including drafting emails, conducting meetings, and interviewing candidates (suggested level: CET-6 or equivalent) ? Business Acumen: Strong learning agility to quickly grasp software implementation business logic, project management processes, and technical role requirements ? Data Analysis: Proficient in office software with ability to conduct HR data analysis and generate insights ? Communication & Coordination: Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills; able to build strong partnerships with PMO, project managers, and technical teams ? Problem-Solving: Able to quickly respond and provide solutions to complex HR challenges in project-based organizations (resource conflicts, turnover, etc.) Personal Attributes ?
